the essence

I'm already ready for this semester to be over with. Maybe it will be better once I get things more settled (i.e. buying my books & a car pass) & when we finally get our place cleaned. I took all of the decorations off of the Christmas tree a couple of nights ago but now we aren't exactly sure what to do with our tree. I know in the monthly newsletter we get it gave directions on what to do but I'm not sure if we even have that newsletter anymore. We thought maybe we could just set it up in front of the apartments where it would look pretty until it started to turn brown.

It takes me a lot less time to get to USF than it took me to get to HCC so that's a plus. I also got every class that I needed except for one that I'm still trying for. My Human Relations class is very interactove. But, I realized that it's part of the college of education & that when I was starting out in that major that was one of the things I really didn't like, how interactive & project oriented the classes were. I'd much rather solve problems, preferrably on my own. I'm just not a big fan of working in groups I guess.

Tomorrow night, Friday, I'm hoping to make it date night. We haven't done that in awhile & we have so many restaurant gift certificates & movie passes that I thought maybe we could do that tomorrow. I really hope so, then I wouldn't ahve to cook or have dishes to do! Plus, we haven't been to a movie in a couple of months. I have to leave for school soon & get ready to go. :p
