the essence

Yes, I know I haven't blogged for awhile...Megan's made sure to point that out to me. :) I'm at my parent's right now & it's been really nice. Mom & I went shopping for a few hours yesterday. I had told Ray "Oh, we probably won't be any later than 1:00". oops :)

The reason I haven't blogged in so long is just from the every day being busy. WIth Thursdays as my long day I don't really have time for anything fun then & Friday I was busy at work, grocery shopping, teaching piano & packing.

Ray agreed to "Little Saigon" for dinner Friday night once we got to Orlando & I called my mom while we were on the road to find out that the restaurant closes at nine. So, we got there maybe 3 minutes til & Ray lets me out by the back door which to my severe disappointment is locked. So he tells me to go to the front. I proceed to run crazily (Ray laughs at my "run") around the building out onto the sidewalk along 50 to the glass doors. Those were locked too. So, I wave over a guy who was sweeping the floor & beg him to let me order something for takeout. He was so nice & he immediately agreed. :) I really wanted this food.

Tonight is the SUPERBOWL!!! I hope there's some good commercials. :) As far as I can see that's the only real reason to pay attention to the game. So you can know when the commercials are coming on. For me, that's part I want everyone to be quiet. UNfortunately, some of the guys find this is the good time to start talking & getting up for more food & standing in front of the tv. At least there's a few people who feel the same way I do.

I better wake Ray up. He has about 20 minutes to get rewady for chapel. Oh, I'd better finish getting ready too.
