the essence

I went to the gym again this morning. So, to answer mom's question, I'm going to try to get bu....uff. :) This morning I used the elliptical machine. There's a part of me that always wants to call it an "ecliptical" machine even though I know that's SO not right. :)

Of course all of this working out isn't going to do too much if I keep eating pizza & desserts. Yesterday I was craving pizza so we had it for dinner last night...this afternoon I had a VENTI frappuccino. Yeah, all this working out will really pay off. It's almost time to go home...yea!
