the essence

I'm trying to fine tune the details for this weekend. The main things I'm focusing on are menu, music, & decor (thank you so much for the cd, Kim!). I also need to write out a shopping list & a prep schedule to make sure things get done on time. I like to at least have something resembling a plan.

This weekend included a surprise trip to Orlando (got there around 2am Friday) for a garage sale at my parents house. Ray & I had a lot of stuff to get rid of but not nearly enough for our own garage sale. I sold a lot, made around $45, & the items that didn't sell have already been donated.

I had a nice time with my family, very busy with little sleep, but nice. They drove me to Lakeland this morning where Ray met up with us & took me home. I'm so tired. I need coffee.
