the essence

This weekend is Megan's bridal shower - I can't believe she's getting married next month! While visiting my family this past weekend my mom put me in charge of games for the shower. Yes, me, the Queen of Hating Games at parties. Aren't games for elementary school parties?

Apparently I'm not alone in this sentiment. While online searching for some "different" shower games/activities the general consensus I came upon was that we only played shower games because we were expected too but that nobody actually likes them. Why can't showers be like normal parties simply talking & eating?

Anyway, Megan, I'm in search of something not too terrible so we can have some sort of activity at your shower!
