the essence

Our evenings have been so busy as of late!



Two or three nights a week (depending on if we have youth group) we're at church. Then we have things like last week when we went to Orlando to pick up the furniture & tonight we have dinner at Ray's moms (a belated birthday get together for Ray). Thursday I have ladies meeting at church & I signed up to bring snacks. Friday we leave to go to West Palm Beach for the weekend to visit Nick & Heather! I'm so excited about that, it's a late visit since we didn't get to go for Labor Day!



I love being busy, I really do, but I cherish a balance of being at home as well. I enjoyed this balance before Addison was born but I think I like it even more now; things run much more smoothly when she gets to bed at her "normal" bedtime most nights. She can handle being out later but when it happens over & over she starts to be a bear.



Daytimes are pretty busy too, we have a bunch of appointments this month, lunches, get togethers, plus my piano lessons! Speaking of piano, my next students should be here in a few minutes!
