I willl admit that I've never been a fan of Low Carb diets. I'm much more about eating things in moderation. I do know that dropping the carbs are a very quick way to lose weight but I still think it's good to keep whole grains in your diet. I know some who have had great success losing weight by eating Low Carb Recipes. I’m sure having Low Carb Recipes makes it easier to follow the plan & I’m sure it gives you some tasty options and alternatives (I’ve heard that mashed cauliflower is a great disguise for mashed potatoes!).
