the essence

So, today Ray left for another couple of days at camp. This time I have no incoming visitors, nor am I going anywhere, & anyone who knows me knows that I enjoy this at times. Time alone.

Ray borrowed his mom's car to go to camp & when I dropped him off this morning she offered to keep Addison for awhile. I was thrilled! And kicking myself that I didn't even bring diapers, much less change her out of pajamas, since I thought we were going right back home. We did find one diaper in the car which made do for the morning. I raced home, showered, & then took my free coffee coupon to Starbucks for 30 minutes of alone time. Exactly what I wanted to do today but didn't think there was any way it would happen.

Thats the typical way I like to relax, it really doesn't vary much. Am I the only one like this? Does anyone else have something in particular that always helps them unwind?
