As of this summer, Ray has now been in real estate for five years. I can't believe it's been so long already & I also don't think we're quite where we thought we'd be five years into this business. Unless you've been in hiding for the past two years than you know the market has taken a nose dive lately. There are SO many homes on the market right now, you can definitely get a great deal if you're a buyer. Selling is more difficult, especially if you bought your home when prices were booming; to sell right now you're probably going to take a significant loss on your home price.
