the essence

The outdoor mall just 2.5 miles from my house, which I blogged about over a year ago, officially opened yesterday! We made it for the grand opening ceremonies but I plan to go back this morning because I received a card in the mail to get a $20 mall gift certificate - I didn't stand in line for it yesterday but I'm determined to get it today!

It was still chilly out & we probably looked like bad parents for awhile because Addison wouldn't wear her jacket at first. Being in Florida she's just not used to having her arms covered.

We also ran into Amy & she & I went to the Barnes & Noble at the mall & got our free cappuccinos. While standing in line I saw Jenni (also getting her free coffee) whom I hadn't seen in well over a year!

I then walked through Pottery Barn, with my coffee, & was totally in my happy place. I LOVE Pottery Barn. Its so aesthetically pleasing, & I just love gazing at all of the pretty things.
