The weekend was insanely busy. Ray pulled off the two wedding deal, but I opted not to reenact a scene from 27 Dresses & I stayed with the girls at Chris & Erin's wedding. Addison barely made it through their ceremony plus she was hungry so I knew there was about a 1% chance of her actually making it through a second ceremony.

I have to say, they had the best recessional I've ever seen at a wedding. Erin & Chris skipped (yes, skipped) back down the aisle as husband and wife to "We Go Together" from Grease & when their bridesmaids & groomsmen met up to skip back down the aisle they first danced, doing moves such as the hand jive. It was fabulous! Even Ray commented to me (& later to Erin) that it was the best exit from a wedding he'd ever seen - except the one in Love Actually. Yep, he told me that, too.

Sunday night we had our Christmas program at church. Ray's Sunday School class had the best skit, hands down. They did such a great job!!! Addison was dressed all pretty in her Christmas dress, but this was about the best photo I was able to get of her (she's rather quick, you know).



I've also been busy making a few gifts for some of my friends' children for Christmas. It's been very enjoyable making things just for fun, plus, I've had a bit of a break from making anything lately so I'm sure that's part of the fun, too!

Other than that, the best news I ahve to report is that Kate slept for five hours last night!!! After that, I was able to get another three! It was much needed since both she AND Addison were up the night before.
