the essence

Kate and I have the house to ourselves; Ray took Addison to his dads place. His dad called this week saying he has a present for Addison but wouldn't tell us what it is. Thankfully, whatever it turns out to be, he says it's a gift that stays at his house.

I'm hoping that while Ray & Addison are away I'll be able to get some things done around the house. Things that are too difficult to do with Addison running around & that I'm too tired to do once she goes to bed. I also have a frozen pizza to throw in the over since it's just dinner for one tonight.

And, because I can't seem to pick just a couple favorites, you get a bunch of pictures of Kate tonight.









She's getting so big already & changing so much! She's super alert & just looks up at me so intently when I hold her. Kate's started giving me little smiles & cooing, too!
