In the afternoon Erin and Claire came over & had lunch with us. It was so cute watching the girls play!
I've finally started giving Kate solids on a more consistent basis. Contrary to Addison as a baby, Kate LOVES food & fusses for it if I don't feed her quick enough. Of course, she's also teething & I think part of what Kate likes is simply grabbing the spoon & knawing on it. True to family form, Kate loves refried beans!
In the afternoon Addison walked out of Ray's office wearing his outside hat saying she was going to "mow the lawn." (just as Daddy did earlier in the day) Ray told her to put on shoes & that she couldn't wear sandals. So, what did Addison put on her feet? Close-toed dress shoes! Such a girl...
Now, I can hear Addison singing songs such as "Jesus Loves the Little Children of the World" & "Everybody Ought to Know Who Jesus Is" in her bedroom. I put her to bed about an hour & a half ago! I've had her back & up & she ate & ate - at least she's in a great mood & was hilarious when I had her up tonight!
