Other than post-pregnancy I've never had a monstrous amount of weight to lose, but I do have to work on maintaining my current weight. When I do try to lose/maintain my weight loss I find that calorie counting & some exercise do the trick for me. However, I also like the idea of being more toned. The better shape I'm in the better I feel!
