Did anyone else see all of the felt Christmas tree & heart ornaments at Target during Christmas? Packs of 3 for $1. In reds, whites & then very very bright blues. greens, pinks & purples.
After Christmas they all went on clearance for 10 cents a pack! I grabbed up loads of the hearts, not knowing what exactly I'd do with them, but, knowing I couldn't pass them up.
Today I made my own little window display with the red, white & pink hearts. Hanging them in the window makes them look scant - I wish I'd bought more!
And, lest you think you don't have time for this, it took all of maybe 30 minutes. Easy peasy. All I have time for now is easy!
The rest of this week has flown by in a blur! Tuesday we were back to school for a review day before we officially start back to our tutor sessions next week. Addison rocked the geography review, I'm so proud of how well she knows her states & capitols!
We met Ray for lunch at IKEA afterward (kids eat free on Tuesday, you know!) and walked around to dream a little. I could do so much with all of those organization helps.
Thursday morning we met Briana & her girls at Chickfila for our free breakfast with their promotion this week & then we had gymnastics.
I've also been fighting a constant headache/sometimes migraine for three days in a row. Today I was finally able to get it to go away & I'm feeling so much better this evening!
Tomorrow is girls day! Lunch & coffee out, sans kids!
