With last week off, the current director of our CC group took me out to a leisurely dinner on the day we'd normally meet for class. It was fabulous! We've been ending up with lots of phone calls (sometimes two hours) and e-mails lately so it was nice to sit down in person without any kids and also to talk about things other than CC.
The plan was to eat at Avila Country Club, but, it turns out they close at 4 on Tuesdays. We settled on Carrabbas (a favorite for both of us) & settled in for a relaxing evening.
We then declared this should be a monthly event. I'm a big believer in girls night out!
