Well, I'm at my grandparents in Kentucky now. We left a little later than we'd planned but we arrive around 9 this morning. It was one of the easiest trips up to Kentucky I can remember! It didn't seem to take long at all.

I'm exhausted right now. I thought Ray, Matt & I were going to take turn driving but instead Matt drove for about the first 3 hours & Ray drove the rest of the way! I could tell he was tired. I napped a little bit in the car & we napped a little here but I'm still tired.

On our way we missed turns THREE times. One of the times I guess the guys were a little bored so I said they could play 20 questions...neither of them had ever heard of it so I explained it to them & then laid down in the back seat to try & get some interrupted rest. I feel asleep to the sound of them playing & woke up to the jolt of the brakes. I was told they missed the turn be cause they were playing a stupid game..."called TWENTY QUESTIONS!" So, they turned around & I feel back asleep. Later on in the trip when I woke up I found out they'd missed the turn AGAIN because after they turned back around the first time they decided to play 20 questions some more. Silly guys. And Matt did a good job bothering Ray by picking the same object when they played twice (I think it was a teddy bear, lol).

We had the radio on a good part of the time & I demonstrated for them how I could have easily won "American Idol" by singing along to "A moment like this" when it came on the radio. (I could tell they really enjoyed my fabulous singing & would've voted for me in a heartbeat) :) Matt also said he liked my interpretive hand gestures. :)

We finally made it though & have just been eating & resting, eating, watching tv, & did I mention eating? My grandmother probably does a better job than anyone I know of making sure we don't go hungry. She also makes the best mashed potatoes in the world, hands down. I've tried many a mashed potato but none compare to hers. :)

Right now we have "The Count of Monte Cristo" on (for the second time today). We got it on pay-per-view so you get it for the whole day. I really like that movie.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!
