the essence

Less than 2 days until I leave for NYC! I'm incredibly excited & thankfully it won't be too cold there. I'd like to see snow, but I guess I'd rather have it be a little warmer since don't ahve the best clothes for that weather. Right now I'm on my lunch break & I did go to Barnes & Noble to relax a little with, of course, a venti brownie (peppermint for the season) frappuccino. The problem is it must have been a new guy working because it tok him about 5 minutes to make my drink & he forgot to add the chocolate. So, I took it back & he added too much peppermint & forgot to add the brownie. I took it though, it still tastes okay, & he was trying. Since I'm still pretty new at this job I know how awful it feels when you make mistakes.
