the essence

First of all...IT'S FREEZING! Ray & I went to Cracker Christmas out in Umatilla. The end of the parade is right at the Nunley's house, so most of the time I just looked through the windows at it. I ran out once in awhile but it was just so cold! I think it was in the 40's!!!

Miss Entrepreneur Leah (is she 14 now?) sold cups of coffee & hot chocolate outside & made over $60! Smart girl...she has more money than me. :p

We're home now, poor Ray has a stuffy/runny nose & keeps sneeezing..I'm hoping its just aleriges. He's exhausted & sleeping right now. Mom & I went out to Costco & I bought her season 5 of "Friends" for her Christmas present. Its a joint gift from Megan & I & it would just be wrong to wait a month to give it to her. So tonight might be a "Friends" night. :)

I'm ecstatic about having less than two weeks of school. And I know I've said it before. But, I don't know if I've ever looked this forward to being done with a semester. It's been a lot of work, but right now I think it really nmight have paid off as far as finalgrades go. :) I'm telling you, school is so much more difficult once you're married. It's just not as important & you have other things to do than go to class or study.

Anyway, that's my little update for the day. Not a whole lot going on. I feel like I've been in a mood the past couple of days...I think (hope) its just lack of sleep & poor diet. And, if I admit it, I didn't do devotions yesterday or this morning. It's amazing the difference it can make just starting your day right.
