We are definitely putting an offer on the house today. :) We wanted ot make the offer last night but the other agent was out until 11pm & wouldn't be able to give our contract to the sellers. So, instead we went to look at the house again & try to make a good impression on the people selling the house (we've learned that the emotional card sometimes work with people selling their houses so we were hoping to get on their good side). :)
Anyway, I think we'll know by this evening whether or not they'll accept our offer. Unless they get another one in today that's offering above the asking price we should get it. I'm just trying not to get my hopes up because I REALLY want to get this house & I know it may not happen.
