the essence

There are at least six offers on the house. The owners should be meeting with their agent right now to go over the offers & (hopefully) make a decision. It could be tomorrow before we hear anything.

For Rays' sake I hope we find out tonight. He's been nervous about it all day. He really wants the house too & at this point he just wants to know one way or another. :) Oh the drama, excitement, & nervousness. We know if its the Lords' will we'll get it. We made a very good offer, well above asking price but still under what the home is valued. So, whatever happens we know its the Lords' will (still hope we get it though). :)
