the essence

War of the Worlds = very good movie.

I took Ray (yes, I took him with my birthday money) to the drive-in theater last night to watch War of the Worlds. Amazingly enough it didn't rain while we were there & we were close to the screen so we had a good view. I know its probably a lot better in a theater but I still really enjoyed it. I was tense during a lot of the movie. But that doesn't say a whole lot, I really get into the movies I watch.

And, I was able to forget about how annoying Tom Cruise has been lately & enjoy him in the movie too. I just wish he didn't have that creepy look in his eyes.

Anyway, I guess I've just been working & recovering from the wedding events. Yea for an upcoming long weekend!

Monday night I crashed at home, Tuesday night Ray & I had a Barnes & Noble date & Wednesday we had church & our usual pizza dinner.

Tonight there is a birthday party for Jennifer. I can't believe she's 25 already, I still remember meeting her at camp & celebrating her 19th birthday a few days later. Right now she's around 7.5 months pregnant & so cute!

Anyway, I promise wedding pictures are still coming. Of course if you've seen Mark's or Justin's than you don't need to see most of what I'll post but that's okay, I just love pictures!
