How is Thanksgiving only four days away??? Today s our annual Thanksgiving potluck at church & I'm making mashed potatoes (they're boiling away on the stove as I type).

Last night was the lingerie shower for Geannie at Erins' new house. Her decorations for the party were great, it made me wish I'd had more money to decorate for the parties I've had because that can make quite a difference in decor. They've also bought so much nice furniture. Hopefully I'll start getting several babysitting jobs with Rays' client & I can save up that money to buy things for the house! We need to buckle down & finish painting the main areas, I think that will make a huge difference.

Okay, much time has elapsed since I started this post (my potatoes are now done, covered, & staying warm in the oven) & I want some time to relax before I have to leave!
