We're having a fabulous relaxing weekend down in West Palm Beach. It's so nice that I can hang out with Heather & we can leave the guys to do their own thing. Right now they're watching World's Greatest Explosions. Yeah, we're definitely not in on that one. They just finished watching the extended version of Lord of the Rings: Return of the King. Thankfully, they fast forwarded through some parts that weren't extended so it only took about two hours to watch instead of 4.5.

I'm so glad that I saved some money & gift certificates for this weekend. Ann Taylor is having a great sale & even though I can't wear their clothes right now I can still fit into their shoes! I got the cutest pair for only $20 (originally $88!). I also finally used my Pottery Barn gift certificate & bought three really cute vases. I love shopping, especially with someone who shares the same intrests in stores as I do.

We've been going out to eat some & getting coffee & sitting at Barnes & Noble. We went shopping again today but I was good & didn't get anything. Ray was actually the big spender today & finally got a decent pair of non-old-man jeans from Express Men & a very nice white button-up. I love all of the Labor Day sales. And the poor guy is a person who truly needs a new wardrobe, his clothes (& lack of certain needed items) are a pretty sad state.

So, other than shopping Heather & I have pretty much been watching tv & eating. There was also an incident last night of drawing on faces with a highlighter in the blacklight. I just watched that one.

Ray & I head home tomorrow - the time just goes by too fast!
