This is a good portion of my exercise equipment...various free weights, bands, balance ball, yoga block & mat, stepper, a bunch of dvds.... See the binder? That's filled with excercises I've pulled out of magazines & categorized (upper body, abs & glutes, total body, etc.) I also have things like a mini trampoline & roller blades. I love to work out & try new exercises.
If I just used these things consistently they might do me some good!
