I need alone time for my sanity.
When I worked I set my alarm an hour & a half before I needed to leave in the morning (5 am) so that I could have some time to myself - maybe to exercise, work on my scrapbook, or just drink my coffee.
Thursday morning I made some cinnamon rolls. Nothing from a can, even the icing was homemade. And they were SO good.
So this morning I was up before dawn & got in a workout. It's all about balance, you know!
I think some of my mom friends think I'm crazy for setting my alarm for 6 am even though Addison will sometimes let me sleep-in until 8.
But trust me, that alone time can really help my mood.
