You know I love coffee & I've had a love affair with allrecipes for years now. But, I never really thought to look for coffee recipes on there recently, I think partly due to the fact that they usually call for instant coffee & I've never had instant coffee before so I definitely don't ahve any in my house.

But Jen, who has no liking for coffee, did find recipes online & I gladly let her use me as a guinea pig. This recipe, Iced Coffee, is really good, it's like a slushie/milkshake & it tastes so little (i.e. not at all) like coffee that even Jen & Ray like the drink.

We've added little twists that make it even better: Jen added Oreos & I've added a brownie.

Oh, my house is still instant coffee free, I just brew a couple shots of espresso for the recipe instead!
