Have you ever tried Massage Chairs? I can't say that I have. I'm more into the real person skin-to-skin contact of a deep tissue or Swedish Massage (if you've never had a Swedish Massage drop everything right now & go book your deserving self an appointment - they are heavenly!).

But, my wallet & my back don't agree with each other so a professional massage is rarely (never) seen these days so I would definitely give one of those massage chairs a try! Especially if I had one at home. I'm sure Ray would be happy for his hands to have a break!
