the essence

So last Saturday we didn't get to see The Business of Being Born. The girls showed up at my house but there was a horrendous storm going on outside. The screening was about 45 minutes away & none of us felt comfortable driving through the storm to get there. So, I encouraged Jen to use the pregnancy card to pick a place where she'd like to have dinner.



We ended up having a very nice evening together at Outback where I proved that I can eat a meal for less than $8 just about anywhere I go!
