the essence

My dad was in town on Thursday so he stopped by for a visit (which also meant
babysitting Addison while I taught piano). She just loves to read!




Ray, my dad, & Addison were in the front room while I was in the kitchen making dinner. All of a sudden I heard a horrible thump! Addison fell & hit her head on our marble window ledge! She was fine but it just looked (& sounded) awful. You always hate to see something like that happen to your child even if it is a part of growing up. I quickly gave her some arnica & the swelling was down by the time she went to bed.

This was less than five minutes of Addison falling - it got big fast!
