the essence

Rach's little girl, Ruth, is having surgery tomorrow morning at 7:30 and your prayers would be greatly appreciated! Here is the message from an e-mail Rach sent:

We could really use some prayers on Ruthie’s behalf – Most of you already know that our little girl was born with Cerebral Palsy –and due to this she has quite a few health problems. She is almost 2 and can not walk or talk. We have her in physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy- and something call Early Intervention. She has come along way and we have hope that she will eventually be self-sufficient.

The reason I am e-mailing and asking for prayer right now is that along with everything else she has going on- Ruthie also has Bilateral Strabismus (means the Lord gave her googly eyes – if you don’t like that explanation google Bilateral Strabismus) and is only seeing out of one eye at a time. She is slated to have eye surgery to correct it this coming Tuesday...(there is a chance that she could go blind in one eye if this problem is not corrected).

So, please be keeping all of them in your prayers, it's much appreciated!
