the essence

I LOVE cheese. Regular blocks of cheddar and monteray jack are fine, but I really love good cheeses. And, tonight, at Target, my mom & I hit the jackpot:



All of this cheese for $8.90. I added up the orginal prices once we got home & all of this cheese should have cost $31.32!!! Are they getting rid of inventory? I don't know & I really don't care, it was such a good deal! So, we're going to enjoy a night of cheeses, bread, fruit, and...Ben & Jerry's.
