the essence

I'm still here & still very very pregnant.

We've just been out of town since Thursday, for Thanksgiving & Andrew's wedding today (it was so sweet!). I have tons of pictures but I'm too tired to upload any right now. Addison didn't sleep so well at my parents house for the second half of the night (both nights). She'd get around 6-7 hours of sleep & then wake up; I tried to quiet her to keep her from waking everyone else up but that didn't work & she'd end up awake for about 4-5 hours before going back to sleep. So, I'm thoroughly EXHAUSTED from those shenanigans.

Plus, you know, the whole due-any-day now thing is kind of wearing me out, too. I also can't believe that Addison will be two tomorrow! I haven't done anything for her birthday; no cake, no presents, no get togethers. But, you know, she's TWO. She still doesn't know what's going on, plus she doesn't need anymore toys so I don't really feel bad not having anything for her. I think by next year she'll appreciate that kind of thing a little more, anyway.
