Today, after munching some of the Trader Joe's chocolate covered espresso beans my parents brought to me, I was struck with the idea for chocolate covered pretzels rolled in espresso. These are a few of my favorite things...
The verdict (according to Ray): mix the espresso in with the chocolate so it's not so overwhelming. Next time, my dear. (aka, tomorrow!)
