This week is going so much better than the past two weeks. I think mainly because I'm so much more well-rested. The past two nights Kate has woken up about an hour or so after going to bed, & last night she also woke up just a few minutes after I finished my 12-hour work day at midnight & nursed again. This all turned out to be a blessing in disguise because it means she slept later in the morning! Perfect, since I didn't get to bed until 12:30, that meant I got about 7 hours of sleep before getting up for my 10-hour work day & thus, I'm feeling so much better already this week.

I've also been craigslisting i.e. acquiring some pocket money. I decided during my afternoon break today to take the girls to Target where Addison & I exhausted the rest of my birthday Target gift card & enjoyed some chicken tenders, potato wedges & an iced Americano & then bought an icee to take home to Ray.

After lunch I was walking with the girls down to Marshalls when I saw a sign outside of the former Cork and Olive wine shop announcing a blow-out sale "almost free!" I had to go in. A new girl, also named Jessica, just began her own wine shop in the plaza called Wine Harvest. I'm pretty sure she's MY AGE. I'm pretty impressed. Jessica was also selling off all of the Cork & Olive inventory for a mere $7 a bottle!!! She had the new tasting bar decked out with bottle upon bottle of wine (of which she poured incredibly generous samples!) & cheese, crackers, & nuts. I opted to use some of my "craigslisting fun money" to buy a bottle of wine Jessica has on her inventory: a cab by Glass Mountain.

She also informed me she's having a free tapas party night this Friday & Italian night on Saturday. Ray has soccer but if his mom offers to watch the girls I'll definitely go alone! (If any of my girlfriends reading this wants a fun night out let me know!!!)
