I really thought I was doing better this pregnancy. I've hardly had any nausea; I figured this must be what women meant when they said they were nauseous but still went about their normal lives & doing things like cooking & exercising. Just little waves of it but nothing too bad.
Then, I woke up feeling terrible this morning. I was only able to choke down a few bites of food. I couldn't finish my bit of ginger ale & I've thrown up twice.
Today I'm 6 weeks and three days, normally my peak of feeling bad is right at 6 weeks. That's why I thought I was going to get by without getting too sick. My guess is that the embryo implanted later than with the first two pregnancies so the stronger hormones are just now kicking in (I also didn't get a positive pregnancy test as early as I normally can).
Ah, well, this won't last too long.

"I'm sorry."
(those are Joey air quotes:) )
Hi, I am here via Christy in Canada.
I'm currently 5 weeks and 6 days pregnant, but I'm not posting it on my blog as I had a miscarriage this year and just want to be sure everything is OK as I'm almost 42.
Our due date must be v. v. close!
Same here. I totally spoke too soon. Here's hoping we both feel better asap. (10 weeks over here)
