Rain, Rain on my Face
Today has been the perfect grey and drizzly day. It rained while we slept last night (I love that!), it was overcast & thundering this morning & now it's been raining almost constavtly for about 8 hours.
It was also the perfect cookie-baking weather and bake I did. I tried a new chocolate chip cookie recipe and then felt sick after eating too much of the dough AND baked cookies. Way too much sugar at once!
I do hope the rain lets up before tomorrow morning so that my mom & Megan can drive over with baby Oliver!
