the essence

Alright, it feels like Saturday!!! :) It's SO nice having today off! Ray doesn't ahve to work either & of course he's still asleep in bed.

First off, YEA BUCS! I don't know a thing about football but I do know that the Bucs are from Tampa so we're excited about them going to the Super Bowl!!! Last night I fell asleep on the sofa to the Golden Globes & I woke up around 1 something to Ray doing the dishes (what a Sweetie!) & to the special news coverage of the Bucs arriving. They estimated that about 10,000 people went to the stadium last night to see the team get home. Is that crazy or what? It was rather cold out & some people were there around 8:00 & the team didn't get there until almost 2 a.m.!!! And it was only for a few minutes that some of them made an appearance. It was fun to watch on t.v. though. At least I have a reason to cheer for a team this year instead of asking everyone else who their cheering for & going by that. :) I'm looking forward to the party at the Irvins next weekend! Those are always fun. :) And it means we get to stay in Orlando longer!!! :) The bad thing is that Rach will be over here next weekend! That ALWAYS seems to happen to us, even though I live here now it seems to work out that when she's here that's the one weekend of the month that we're gone.

Wow, I ahve all day ahead of me. It's nice. :) The only thing we really have to do is tonight Ray's mom & her fiance are coming over (I think they're bringing pizza!) & they're going to watch "Signs" with us because they've never seen it. :)
