Living in Florida you may think we go to the beach all the time and own ten different bathing suits. While some may, we just don't seem to get around to it. We're close to the beach but just far enough away that it feels like it takes some effort to get there. I've never even been surfing (I think I may have mentioned this before) but I think I may like to try one day. I’ve never been very fond of everything that lives in the water, though. That does freak me out just a little bit.

I tend to be more of one to stay on the beach, although it’s been so long since I’ve really been that I can’t say for sure what I’d do now. I’m not into tanning (I don’t want skin cancer!) and sometimes that sun is just too bright to always read on the beach.

Cruiserstyle.com now offers beach cruisers. Really cute (or tough!) bikes made for the beach. The have such a wide variety of styles and colors, too. I think my favorite colors are the aqua and orange. I think it’s great that they offer multi-speed bikes; I think that would be much better for riding in the sand.
